Time to Come Clean! Learn about a Healthy Baby Home Party and its sponsors Seventh Generation and Friends
I recently got approved, again, to host another Healthy Baby Home Party with the Seventh Generation Community!
I am sooo excited.
Why? Because I love throwing parties and sharing new things with friends and family, but I also really love the mission behind Seventh Generation and their partners.
I am a mom of 3 and am very protective of my children. But when I joined the community and learned what all I was introducing to my children on a daily basis, I was shocked and horrified. And now I am making a stand to make a difference with Seventh Generation!
Since joining the community, I have become more aware of the products around me and their ingredients, and a lot more choosy of what I buy for and use around my family. Why should I have to sacrifice our health for quality and effectiveness? Now I don't have too. I also get to help share and promote new products and post about the importance of clean living!

Seventh Generation is a company devoted to cleaning up the environment and providing safe, clean products for people and their families. They work hard to promote the awareness and importance of cleaner products and greener living!

Zarbee's was created by father and pediatrician Dr. Zak Zarbock. Zarbee's Naturals™ was created after he noticed that the number one symptom driving patients to his office was a cough. But he wanted something natural, so he looked into dark honey because it really soothes and helps sore throats and coughs. They make cough syrup but also vitamins, probiotics, immune supports and more.

American Meadows is a company in Vermont that ships garden bulbs and seeds all over the country. They promote the importance of gardening and thinking about the earth and protecting it. They include a “Feed the Bees” packet in the party kit to help kids and families do their part to help the disappearing bee population. Honeybees and wild bees are the most important pollinators of many of the fruits and vegetables we eat. Without bees, we won't survive very long.

bobble is a fun, reusable water bottle. The Infuse bottle, works two ways. You can use it with the carbon filter provided, to improve taste or take out the filter cartridge and in its place you can put in small or cut up pieces of fruits, mint, cucumbers, etc! The Infuse bottle is a healthy way to make and drink flavored water. They come in fun colors like pink, green, black, clear with colored lids and more.

Healthy Child Healthy World is a non-profit educational resource for parents. Seventh Generation has supported Healthy Child Healthy world for over a decade, and the work they do is so important for helping families understand what’s in our environment and what they can do about it and how to change it, little by little. So WHAT is a Healthy Baby Home Party?
Basically this is a Great and FREE opportunity to host a party and try out free samples of products that are non-toxic, healthy, organic, and good for you and your family as well as the environment. It's also a chance to share the healthy products and brands and promote the importance of "cleaner" products and knowing what's really in them. Hence the #comeclean hashtag you will see on many of my posts regarding the promotion of wanting more businesses to come clean about what's really in their products.
Basically a sample timeline of your party can go like this:
*Introduce yourself and your friends. Maybe play an ice breaker.
*show off the products in the kit.
*maybe ask your friends to bring a product they love.
*share links and play the videos (listed above).
*discuss importance of safer, cleaner products.
*show off some regular products ingredients list.
*show them the ingredients of products in the kit.
*search for the effects of those ingredients.
*play bingo. Winner gets a prize?!?
*Eat, laugh, have fun and be creative!
What's in the Party Kit?
You will get a huge box in the mail before your party. It's definitely going to be recognizable because it says Seventh Generation and has their logo and picture design as well as Healthy Baby Home Party on it.
Inside it, there are at least 3 or 4 full size products in each kit, including a package of Seventh Generation diapers, wipes and dish soap and you could also get a water bottle or infuser bottle and one time I got a toy for my child. You also get a whole bag of Seventh Generation samples of laundry detergent and dish soap to share with your friends.
This most recent party was awesome because we also got a whole bunch of Plum Organics meal samples, wildflower seeds, and Zarbee's medicine samples. That's a lot. Plus there's always packets with info on each brand and coupons. And you put all of that into these really cute paper gift bags that come in the kit too, to give away to your friends!
Also, in your kit, is usually a stack of Bingo cards and a stack of small cards with Healthy Baby Home Tips that are basically the bingo numbers. You'll read them aloud and people find that symbol on their card and check it off.
We played and I gave away some of the full size products as prizes and kept some for myself too!
I have hosted other parties before too and they werected also super fun and definitely enlightening and informative for my friends and family.
Seventh Generation offers a variety of products including diapers and wipes, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, and more. Each product is made naturally, to provide the most efficient and effective cleaning, while also being gentle on you and your family and reducing the toxins put out into the environment.
I have tried several of their products, since learning about them through the community, including the Seventh Generation's Free and Clear Baby Wipes, diapers and Energy Smart Dishwasher Detergent! All of those, I got to try for FREE through the community. I also continue to purchase, on my own their dish soap and laundry detergent as well as baby wipes and more. Now they have organic tampons and pads too. I haven't been using other products as much because these are great. They are safer for me and my family as well as the environment and just as effective.
